Connecting

| Claude says you cannot add a connector | In a Team or Enterprise organization, only an Owner can add one. Ask an Owner to add Lotvs with https://www.lotvs.ai/api/mcp |
| ChatGPT has no option to add a server | Turn on Developer mode, under Settings, Connectors, Advanced, on the web |
| The sign in window closes or loops | Allow pop ups for lotvs.ai and claude.ai or chatgpt.com, then connect again |
The client reports 401 Unauthorized |
The token expired or the agent was disconnected. Reconnect from the client; if you disconnected it in Lotvs, add a new agent |
| A tool is missing | It is switched off for this agent. Turn it on in its rules; the client may need a new conversation to see the new list |
Actions
