Add money
By card
Section titled “By card”Choose Add money in the app and pay by card. The top up is provided by Stripe, which verifies your identity in its own flow and shows its fees and rate before you pay. The money arrives in your account as dollars.
By bank transfer
Section titled “By bank transfer”Lotvs can give you account details in your name, so you, your employer or your clients can pay you by bank transfer. The money arrives in your account as digital dollars or euros.
| Account | How people pay in | Arrives as |
|---|---|---|
| US dollar account (account and routing number) | ACH, FedNow, wire | Dollars |
| Euro account (IBAN) | SEPA, SEPA Instant | Euros |
| Pix, for Brazilians with a CPF | Pix, from your own account only | Dollars |
These services are provided by Bridge, a Stripe company. You accept Bridge’s terms and complete its identity check before your accounts open, and Bridge decides whether to approve you. Lotvs never receives or holds the money on the way.
- The euro account may be held in Bridge’s name rather than yours. The app shows the exact holder name payers must use.
- Pix is accepted only from a bank account in your own name; Pix from anyone else is returned.
Withdraw to your bank
Section titled “Withdraw to your bank”Save a bank account in your own name once, then withdraw whenever you like. Each withdrawal is a transfer you approve in the app.
| Saved account | Paid by | Usually arrives |
|---|---|---|
| US account | ACH | 1 to 3 business days |
| IBAN | SEPA | The next business day |
| Pix | Pix | Minutes |
While the service is new, a withdrawal is at least 5 and at most 10,000 in the currency sent. A payout your bank rejects comes back to your account.
